Program Aide
Description
Earn your Program Aide award during this mini camp session! In this session, campers will grow their leadership skills by planning and leading activities for younger Girl Scouts. You’ll learn how to engage different age groups, practice being a positive role model, and even plan and lead a camp activity from start to finish. Through hands-on experience, teamwork, and mentorship, you’ll build confidence and communication skills that will serve you in camp—and beyond. By the end of the week, you’ll have the tools to lead with creativity, empathy, and strength.
