Are you new to cooking? Are you an experienced chef? No matter your experience, we want to take your cooking to the next level! We’ll work on knife skills, egg and breakfast cookery, soups, sauces, fresh pasta, baking and more! You’ll learn with the expert chefs from the GCDS Upper School. Our goal is to teach students the cooking techniques they would learn in their first weeks at a culinary school. We want to maximize each student's ability from beginner to expert. The skills and techniques they will learn will enable them and your family to live tastier lives. Yum!
