Children’s Ministries Convention will be February 13-14, 2026. You can register for it here!

‘Let the little children come to me.’ These are the words of Jesus.
Words that reveal His heart. Throughout His ministry, He made time for
children—lifting them into His arms, listening to their laughter,
blessing their lives.

Jesus didn’t just teach children. He connected with them—heart to
heart.
And that’s what we’re called to do as Sabbath School leaders.
Join us this February for our annual Children’s Ministries Convention
at Cohutta Springs. Together, we’ll explore what it means to reach the
hearts of children and lead them closer to Jesus.
Our speaker this year is Joe Reeves, Assistant Director for Sabbath
School and Personal Ministries at the General Conference. Be inspired,
refreshed, and equipped for the ministry God has called you to.

Registration options and costs:
Commuter - Sabbath only (includes Sabbath meals only): $40 – meals: $40, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC.
Commuter – Weekend (includes Friday supper through Sunday breakfast): $60 – meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC.
Cabin - shared, dorm style: $80 - shared cabin cost: $20, meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC. *
Motel - single occupancy (per-person rate for only yourself in a room): $310 – room: $250, meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC. **
Motel - double occupancy (per-person rate for yourself and one roommate in a room): $174 - shared room cost: $114, meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC. **
Motel - triple occupancy (per-person rate for yourself and two roommates in a room): $136 - shared room cost: $76, meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC. **
Motel - quadruple occupancy (per-person rate for yourself and three roommates in a room): $117 - shared room cost: $57, meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC. **
RV rate per person (plus one-time fee of $90 for RV hookups): $60 – meals: $60, registration cost and facilities subsidized by GCC. ***

Payment is required at the time of registration.

CHURCHES: If you would like to fully or partially sponsor your children's ministry staff to attend this event, send your request to childrensministry@gccsda.com and we will send you more information.

* Cabins are dorm style. Each cabin has two separate sides. Each side includes 5 bunk beds (10 twin-size beds), as well as shower stalls and bathroom stalls.

** Motel rooms include two queen beds and one bathroom. Please note that you must arrange for your own roommates for motel rooms and your roommates must also register for the same option. If your roommates do not also register for the same option, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate.

*** Those who register for the RV option are responsible for bringing their own RV.


Children's Ministries Convention is a training event for adults, and though we are in this ministry because we love children, this event is not geared for them. If you are unable to make other arrangements and find it necessary to bring your children, lodging options will be limited.
