Elementary Art Club, PreK - 4th with Heather
Description
In Art Club, students will explore a wide variety of fun and exciting art projects using different materials and techniques. Through a mix of creative prompts (provocations) and planned projects, young artists are encouraged to follow their curiosity, interests, and passions. With smaller groups, each child gets more personalized support in the art room, helping them bring their own creative ideas to life. The club supports both group collaboration and individual exploration, making it a fun and inspiring space for all!

This club is on Wednesday from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM with Heather in the Art Room.

This club starts on Wednesday, August 26th and ends on Wednesday, October 14th.

Art Club is a space where your creativity takes the lead! In this club, you're free to explore your own big ideas and express yourself through a variety of art mediums like drawing, painting, collage, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and more. Whether you're working on personal projects or group collaborations, you'll get individual support to help plan, develop, and bring your artistic visions to life. All skill levels are welcome - just bring your imagination!

This club is on Monday from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM with Heather.

This club starts on Monday, August 24th and ends on Monday, October 12th. No class on Labor Day.

Students are collected from Extended Day (Aftercare) by club instructors and then brought back to Extended Day when the club is over. Parents/Caregivers pick their children up from the gym.

Extended Day is included in the club price before the club begins. You will be charged for Extended Day if you do not promptly pick your child up when the club ends or if your child remains until 6:00 pm. There is a five minute grace period after which you will be charged for Extended Day. The fee for a late pick up or a child remaining in Extended Day is half the price of Extended Day.
Financial Assistance is available for families on financial aid.

Please note that clubs are non-refundable. Late registration requests are not guaranteed. Please email Miriam with late registration requests (marensberg@friendsschoolatlanta.org) after registration has closed.

Switching clubs is also not guaranteed. It is important that you register before the deadline for instructors to plan for the number of students registered, rosters to be formed, and club spaces to be assigned. Students may not switch clubs after the 2nd class.

Club Instructors do their best to get a substitute when they cannot attend their club. However, there are times when an instructor must cancel. You will be notified as soon as possible if a club cancels and a rescheduled time will be planned.
