LIFE'S A GAME (Regulatory Activities)
Lead: Julia "J" Thomas

Life's A Game: Focus, attention, positive social interactions, and overall well-being rely on a regulated nervous system. In this camp we will spend some time learning fun sensory regulation strategies/games that can be used at home or in the classroom to regulate the nervous system. These strategies will be practiced throughout the week as we transition into group games.
