In this creative camp, we will explore why recycled art matters, learn which materials are safe to use, and discover how discarded items can be transformed rather than thrown away. We will collect and work with materials, such as cardboard, bottles, and packaging, using techniques like collage, simple fiber work, and papermaking. Emphasis is placed on creativity, problem-solving, and seeing artistic potential in unexpected places. With guided instruction and strong safety practices, campers will design and complete their own final art pieces.
