Join us for a two-week journey into non-fiction, inspired by the works of Gail Gibbons. We will dive into a variety of non-fiction elements using Gibbons’s books as a model, exploring diagrams, maps, and more. We will then apply our knowledge by researching and creating a collaborative picture book about Emerson School and publishing it on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing! This camp combines literacy skills with creative project-based learning, allowing campers to become published authors of their very own non-fiction book.
