Step into the world of culinary business by designing your very own walk-up restaurant or bakery! From creating a unique storefront and advertising campaign to crafting a delicious menu, campers will learn the ins and outs of running a restaurant. While no real food or money will be involved, we will still get a taste of success by working together in creating a profitable and tasty business by the end of the week!
