We are excited for ECHHA Summer Camp 2026 and the opportunity to continue working with your children to further their education on our Hindu heritage!

Although the camp fee per child is due at time of registration, your payment will only be processed once your child(ren) has been accepted into camp. Registration will open for returning families from 1/30/2026 - 2/6/2026 and for new families from 2/7/2026 - 2/13/2026. Comparable to prior years, we will accept our returning ECHHA families with priority and subsequently accept new campers based on how well the applicant fits the needs of this camp. We are seeking a balance of ages and gender to develop a well-rounded camp experience for all. Further, due to venue restrictions and camp capacity limitations, no late applications will be accepted and camp registration fees will be nonrefundable. Further, no waitlist will be maintained.

As you all know, our organization is volunteer run and we ask that all families be involved with camp by volunteering time. We believe this embodies our Hindu concept of ‘seva’ (service) and it is critical to our success. Similar to prior year’s registration process, we are asking all families to sign up for volunteer shifts for the week of camp. Your registration will not be complete until your family has signed up for a minimum of 3 shifts within this application process. Please sign up for slots based on your availability. We will finalize volunteer shifts in conjunction with acceptance for campers. Further, we understand that scheduling changes do occur as we get closer to camp date and request that you make necessary arrangements with other families if you need to switch or change your allocated time slots. It is the responsibility of each family to make sure the shift you signed up for is covered by an adult.
