Job Description:
Responsible for leading a group of campers or an activity. Be able to lead and engage a group ranging in size from 10-30 kids. Speak proficient Spanish and be able to communicate with kids who vary in Spanish level. Show enthusiasm for Spanish and engagement in the activities while also leading kids to do the same.

Duties:
- get kids excited about Spanish
- lead a group of kids
- give instructions to a large group of kids
- help with set up and tear down

Eligibility and Requirements:
- Spanish level of proficient, fluent, or native
- Experience working with kids

Essential Functions:
- Ability to run and be physically active for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to see and supervise campers.
- Ability to address stressful situations appropriately in a fast-paced, interactive environment.

Work hours:
Morning camp: 7:40am-12:10pm
Afternoon camp: 11:50am-4:10pm
Fridays 7:40am-4:10pm

Pay: $8.85 to $15/hour for new staff
