CIT 2026 Day Camps
Description
Step into leadership, spark confidence, and make camp magic happen. The Camp Fire Sandusky County Counselor in Training (CIT) Program prepares youth leaders to support campers at Camp Fire Misty Meadows and Camp Glen Residential through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world camp experience. CITs learn what it takes to be a positive role model—assisting with activities, supporting camper care, practicing teamwork, and upholding Camp Fire’s values of safety, inclusion, and respect. This program is designed for youth who are ready to grow, lead with purpose, and help create a fun, safe, and camper-centered environment. All required forms, permissions, and certifications must be completed in UltraCamp prior to participation.
