Misty Meadows Top Chef Camp July 28th- August 1st, 2025
Description
For this camp, campers will find and/or develop their spark in the culinary arts by learning and applying basic nutrition, some basics of cooking, the science behind cooking, kitchen safety, and food handling skills to a variety of food categories.
Campers will explore exciting recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, and beverages using outdoor cooking techniques as well as in the kitchen. Campers will get to showcase their skills in a Top Chef-style competition judged by counselors, CITs, and staff.
And just like all our fun summer camp experiences, campers will be hiking, canoeing, fishing, and waterplay sprinkled between meals!
