In this fun, active class for younger students, we’ll explore fitness games, team sports, and activities like gymnastics, running, yoga, obstacle courses, and more—based on student interest. Kids will build confidence, burn energy, and learn teamwork, communication, and emotional regulation skills that help both in and out of school.
