Description
Designed for teens interested in becoming future camp leaders, the Leaders in Training (LIT) program helps participants build confidence, leadership skills, and responsibility in a fun camp environment. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and leadership challenges, LITs gain valuable skills that prepare them for future roles in their life, including as Counselors in Training (CITs) and camp counselors.
