Camp New England Winter Weekend offers a unique opportunity for teens with diabetes ages 12–17 to come together for three days of sharing, education, and fun. It is an experience that can change lives forever, as teens gain an increased understanding of diabetes and improve their self-management skills.

The program takes place at the Hulbert Outdoor Center in Fairlee, VT. Established in 1978, the Hulbert Outdoor Center is a nonprofit educational institution that serves 7,000 participants annually through programs designed to foster personal growth, self-reliance, confidence, cooperation, and a sense of community in people of all ages.
