Description
Camp New Horizons was established in 1985 and has served over 4,300 campers. New Horizons provides a special time for children with diabetes—one of the best times of the summer that campers will always remember. Children attending our camp will experience all the fun of outdoor activities while learning valuable lessons on positive diabetes management.

This setting is a wonderful place to commune with nature. Our camp offers planned and supervised activities by trained volunteers and health care professionals experienced in diabetes management, including crafts, sports, hiking, a petting zoo, swimming, hiking, a ropes course, and tons of other fun activities. Camp concludes with a family picnic.
