Camp Korelitz Counselor-In-Training (CIT)
Description
Camp Korelitz was established in the early 1970s and has served over thousands of campers. Hosted at Camp Joy in a woodland setting, it is a wonderful place to commune with nature just outside Cincinnati where campers will enjoy traditional camp activities in addition to gaining confidence in diabetes care and management.

ADA Camp is a lifeline for children living with diabetes to develop the critical skills needed to thrive while managing their diabetes. Attending camp helps children develop social skills, self-respect, and lifelong friendships. Campers meet others just like them while encouraging independence, building self-confidence, and gaining an awareness of a healthy lifestyle through education, nutrition, exercise, blood glucose (blood sugar) management, and emotional wellbeing.
