Get ready to move, laugh, and have a blast with our Sports and Games Kit!

This kit is packed full of fun activities that are perfect for getting active and making memories with friends. Inside, you'll find fast-paced card games that will test your reflexes and strategy, an adventurous scavenger hunt that will have you racing to find hidden treasures, and a hilarious balloon game that's guaranteed to get everyone up, moving, and laughing.

What’s Included:
Your troop will receive step-by-step instructions, educational resources, and all the materials needed to engage with friends through creative, hands-on activities. This kit includes:
  • fast-paced card games that will test your reflexes and strategy.
  • An adventurous scavenger hunt that will have you racing to find hidden treasures.
  • a hilarious balloon game that's guaranteed to get everyone up, moving, and laughing.
The kit is perfect for troop meetings or as a special project that fits your troop’s schedule.

Program Completion:
Upon completing the activities, your Girl Scouts will earn the Girls in Sports Fun Patch.

Registration and Availability
Registration for the Sports & Games Badge Discovery Kit opens on May 1, 2025. Kits will be available for pick-up or shipment starting May 15, 2025, at 4 PM and every two weeks after that.

Kit Options:
  • Metro Troops (within 25 miles of Council at 6100 N Robinson Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73118) are highly encouraged, but not required, to opt to pick up their kits at the Council office. Each girl’s kit will be organized into a larger troop kit and ready for pick-up at the 2nd-floor pick-up area.
  • Non-Metro Troops will receive individual mailers for each girl delivered to the address provided at registration.
Important Shipping Details:
If you select the shipping option, be sure your address is current in our system when registering. Double-check your address with Customer Care at GSWESTOK to confirm accuracy. You will also receive an email from tkemp@gswestok.org to verify the shipping address. Accurate address information is crucial for delivery, and we’ll work to ensure everything is correct.

Registration is open until April 1, 2026!
The first kits will be ready for pick-up or shipping on May 15, 2025, and will continue every two weeks from that point forward.
If you register less than three days before a pick-up/ship date, your kit will be available for the following pick-up/ship date, not the one three days away.

Kits will no longer be available after September 30, 2025.

GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)
Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
