Week 1 Theme: Fall & Winter Seasons
Harvest • Lifecycles • Decomposition
In Week 1, campers explore fall and winter farm themes through hands-on activities, STEM challenges, animal care, and outdoor fun. They learn about pumpkin and apple lifecycles, tree pruning, orchard dormancy, pollination, and decomposition, discovering how plant matter enriches the soil for future crops.Hands-On Activities
Meet and care for goats, pigs, chicks, and other animals
Explore farm tools and agricultural technology like sensors and irrigation systems
Participate in daily crafts, games, obstacle courses, and “Farm Explorer Challenges”
