K4-2nd Grade Motor Lab Club with Mrs. Gilmartin (2nd Quarter) - Mondays
Description
Motor Lab Club with Mrs. Gilmartin is offered to students in K4–2nd grades. Students begin with several warm-up activities and then rotate through ten different movement stations. After the rotations, they end the session with a cool down before being dismissed. Socks are required for the motor lab.

A grammar school motor lab is a purposeful space where young children develop God-given physical coordination and sensory processing through structured movement. The activities of the motor lab are designed to target biological systems that are the foundation of cognition. They also strengthen a student's ability to focus, build physical habits of virtue such as self-control, and prepare the mind and body to receive classical wisdom and truth.
