Archery Distance (Week 1)

This camp is designed for archers interested in taking their archery form to the next level. Want to earn Junior Olympic Archery Development achievements? This 4-day camp will help those archers who have partipated in the TGS upper school archery program and want to learn more and take their archery journey further.

This camp will cover things like:

  • Stabilizers, clickers, and v-bars, oh my! Learn about how equipment works for you, and what you really need.

  • Carbon vs. aluminum, spin wings vs. feather fletchings—learn to build your own arrows and how the details help improve your consistency on the target.

  • Mindset—mindset is key to consistency and gaining that competitive edge.

  • Rising 9th graders transition to 18 meters—opportunities to shoot distances as far as 70 meters.
