Camp TPAC: Technical Theater Camp (Ages 12-16)
Description
The magic of theatre doesn't happen onstage alone! Step behind the curtain and discover the creativity, craftsmanship, and teamwork that bring a production to life in CAMP TPAC: Technical Theater Camp!

Designed for teens ready to roll up their sleeves, this immersive, hands-on camp gives participants the opportunity to explore the world of technical theatre alongside working theatre professionals. From costume design and stage make-up to prop construction and set building, campers will learn how to turn creative ideas into reality through design, problem-solving, and working with real tools and materials.

Technical theatre is all about thinking on your feet, working together, and bringing big ideas to life! Throughout camp, participants will take on creative challenges, develop practical backstage skills, and discover what it takes to work as part of a production team. In this fast-paced environment, campers will build confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, and experience the hard work and incredible rewards of creating theatre from the ground up.

This is CAMP TPAC's only dedicated technical theatre camp, designed exclusively for teen participants. With a small team of campers and plenty of hands-on opportunities, space is extremely limited!
