Summer @ the Hall FAQ

Q:Do you have to attend Saint Mary's Hall to attend Summer @ the Hall?
A:Students from the community are welcome. Many students come from out of state and other countries.

Q:What time do students eat lunch?
A:All students will eat lunch between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. Please register for lunch when signing up for classes and camps.

Q:Where is the Summer @ the Hall office?
A:During the summer, the Summer @ the Hall office is located in building #14 Teachers work room. During the year, the office is located in the Enrichment House at the back of the campus in building #71. Parking available in Middle School parking lot.

Q:Will camps and classes be held on July 4th?
A:There will be no camps or classes held on July 3 - 4, 2017 in observance of Independence Day.

Q:Do you have to register in advance?
A:Registration is required before the starting date of class or camp. We will accept walk-in registrations on a space-available basis.

Q:When will you accept registrations?
A:Registrations open online the first week of March and remain open through the last week of Summer @ the Hall. Generally the first week of August.

Q:What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A:A full refund will be received if you cancel or any reason before May 22, 2017. After that date, your money will be refunded only if the class is cancelled or a student is medically precluded from participating. (A letter from a licensed physician is required).

Refunds or discounts are not given for camper absences including vacation schedules, conflicting activities or just a change in plans.

Q:Do you charge an application fee?
A:A non-refundable $15 registration fee will be charged per student/ per summer.

Q:Do you accept credit cards for payment?
A:Yes we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and online checks.

Q:Does payment have to be made in full before class starts?
A:Payment in full is expected at the time of enrollment.

Q:Is Summer Extended Care available?
A:Summer Extended Care is available from 7:00 - 9:00 am (mornings) and 3:00 – 6:00 pm (afternoons). Register online when signing up for classes and camps.

Drop-in care is available at $6.50 per hour.

Children must be picked up by 6:00 pm. Parents will be charged $1 per minute per child after 6:00 pm.

Q:Do you accept children younger than 3 years old?
A:Children must be 3 years old on or before May 31, 2016. All children must be completely toilet trained without assistance from an adult to attend camp.
