Refund Policy

Q:What is the camp's refund policy?
A:Summer Camps: If the camper is unable to attend, all but $20.00 of the fee that has been paid will be refunded. Refunds must be requested PRIOR to the beginning of the camp session. Once the child/adult has arrived, no refunds will be made for sickness (including Covid), homesickness, disruptive behavior or "no show".
Winter Camps and Camp Sponsored Retreats: Same policy as above applies, except that the fee is $10.00 of the fee that has been paid will be refunded.


Q:Do you offer any scholarships or financial assistance?
A:If you are in need of financial assistance to attend camp this summer please contact the camp office at or 260.833.2786 to receive the online link for for assistance.
There are scholarships available for those in need of some financial need!
