Q:I want to sign my child up for Camp Wildwood, but I can't afford the $550 fee. Do you offer financial assistance?
A:Yes! You can apply for financial assistance right in the application.

Cancellations and Refunds

Q:What if I need to cancel my camper's registration?
A:You may cancel your camper's registration up to 2 weeks before the start of camp. Cancelling your session will result in the loss of your deposit ($25).

A:Anyone who is experiencing economic hardship may apply for financial assistance.

Cancellations and Refunds

Q:What if my child is sick and I need to cancel?
A:Cancellations due to illness will be refunded in full. Submit your request in writing with a note from your child’s physician.

Q:Do I have to pay the full fee when I check out?
A:No! We have several payment options. You can choose to pay everything up front, sign up for a monthly payment plan, or a split payment plan.

If you are applying for financial assistance, you will be charged $25/camper at check out.

Cancellations and Refunds

Q:What happens if I cancel less than 2 weeks before camp?
A:If you cancel your session less than 2 weeks before the start date of camp or do not show up for camp, you forfeit your deposit as well as any other payments made to Wildwood.
