Q:I have general camp questions, do you have an information packet?
A:Yes, Fenner's Camper Information Packet is located on Fenner's Summer Camp webpage. It can also be accessed through the link below.

Q:Does Fenner provide lunch for campers?
A:No, campers are responsible for bringing their own AM & PM snack, lunch, and water bottle.

Q:What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A:Deposit fees paid at time of registration are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to June 1st are not required to pay remaining registration balances. Cancellations made after June 1st are non-refundable.

Q:Which ages/grades do your camps serve?
A:Camp registration is available for students who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade prior to the beginning of the camp season.

Q:I'm ready to complete registration, why are my selections not in my cart?
A:Being idle for more than 15 min on any page before completing checkout results in the deletion of your reservations from the cart

Q:Can I switch my campers registration to a different week?
A:Reservations can be changed to a different week for a $20 camp change fee, if space is available. If you would like to switch weeks, please email camp@mynaturecenter.org
