| A: | UltraCamp is the online platform used for Brainy Ridge camp registration, payments, and forms. Here’s how to navigate it:
Access UltraCamp
Visit the registration link provided on the Brainy Ridge website.
Log in or create an account if you're a first-time user.
Language Selection
UltraCamp is available in English, Spanish, Korean, and French.
Use the language selection option at the bottom right corner of the registration page.
Please note: While all documents are translated, downloadable PDFs remain in English.
Registering for Camp
Select the camp session you’re interested in.
Fill out the required camper information and health forms.
If applying for a scholarship, select “Yes” when prompted (no payment will be required at that time).
Making Payments
Payments can be made securely through the platform.
Payment plans are available
Uploading Forms & Documents
Medical forms, waivers, and other required documents can be uploaded directly to UltraCamp.
Receiving Camp Updates
UltraCamp will send confirmation emails and important updates.

| Q: | How do I access the document center? |
| A: | Once your registration is approved, in addition to the required forms highlighted in your individual account, there are also important documents available in the documents center.
These include:
The Medication List – This form must be signed by a parent and should match the medications listed on the Licensed Provider Health Authorization Form. We verify this against the electronic medication list and place it directly in the camper’s medication bag.
Immunizations - We accept the official Virginia Department of Health Immunization Form or any other immunization record that is signed or stamped by a physician, registered nurse, or health department official. The record must include the month, day, and year of each vaccine. Documents can be uploaded directly to UltraCamp in the Document Center or emailed to admin@brainyridge.com.
Licensed Provider Form – This form must be completed and signed by a healthcare provider.

| Q: | How do I apply for a Brainy Ridge Scholarship? |
| A: | During the initial camp application process, you will see a question asking if you are applying for a scholarship. Select "Yes", and you will be able to submit your application without making a payment. The Brainy Ridge team will then contact you with the formal scholarship application and any additional information requests.
All scholarship-related information is kept confidential and is used solely to expand our scholarship outreach and assist in securing grant funding to support future campers.
