Image Release
This release gives Camp Omega permission to take photos of your camper to share with you and potentially utilize in marketing materials for Camp Omega and National Lutheran Outdoors Ministry. If not signed no photos will be taken of your camper.

Youth Servant Leader Application
A required document that Youth Servant Leaders must be complete in order to be accepted into the YSL program.
