Authorization to Dispense Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications
While it is expected for Parents/Guardians to provide daily topical OTC medications (ie. sunscreen and bug repellant), we want to be ready in case of an emergency. Please review and mark the checkbox for any medications you would like to allow our staff to assist your camper with if needed.
