Below are a list of available documents.
Dear CounselorWe invite you to take a moment to write a short note to your counselor about your child. This letter will be printed and distributed to the staff who are working directly with your child. For overnight campers, this will include the cabin counselors. For day, progression and night campers, this letter will be shared with the coordinators for those programs.
Campership
Scholarship ApplicationThrough our generous Hilltop Scholarship donors, we have a limited supply of funding available to support campers from financially limited families to attend camp. We believe that Camp is a powerful positive experience for all, and we strive to keep camp accessible to all.
Each year, 4-H Camp Bristol Hills receives funds from generous private donors to help offset the cost of camp for children in need. Camper Families may complete our Scholarship Application form to request financial assistance as needed. If selected, your child would be eligible for a full or partial award, worth up to 100% of your camp tuition fee. We ask that you complete each section of the application so that the Scholarship Selection Committee can make decisions on awards. Campers are selected on the following criteria:
• Do they want to attend camp
• Perceived benefit from participating in camp
• Financial need
• What other summer recreation opportunities do they have available
• Have they attended camp before
We are asking that nominations be returned to us by March 1, and we aim to make awards by March 1. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by email at campbristolhills@cornell.edu, or by phone at 585-394-3977 x435.
Scholarship Applications will continue to be accepted and processed after March 1, if funding is still available. Please contact the office if you are submitting a Scholarship application AFTER MARCH 15.

We believe that Camp is a powerful positive experience for all, and we strive to keep camp accessible to all.
Each year, 4-H Camp Bristol Hills receives funds from generous private donors to help offset the cost of camp for children in need. Referrals can come from anyone in the community to support a child in need. Teachers, nurses, social workers, coaches, and clergy are among the top of the list when it comes to providing referrals.
If selected, the child would be eligible for a full or partial award. Typically the family is responsible for a small portion of the camp fee, which helps to ensure that the family is supportive of the program.
