On Monday, May 15 we discovered that our Lodge Septic Field failed and now in the process of waiting on the county and state to approve a new field Until an approved plan is received and materials can be ordered we are helping the system limp along by frequently getting it pumped so we can continue to serve campers in the busy summer and fall season. At this time the estimated cost we've been told will be between $80,000-$100,000.

The Bath House is a “grand central station” of sorts at the end of a work day. While it serves our volunteers and campers, it is need of an update. We value our guests and want their experience at camp to be as good as possible. Before summer we plan to update the toilets to power flush and install a new water heater system to serve hot water consistently. If time and funds allow we also hope to expand the shower capacity.

Work has begun on the reconstruction of the Outdoor Chapel. On the hill adjacent to the basketball court, the slopped seating will be ideal for outdoor worship and teaching times. When completed, the Outdoor Chapel will offer seating for 300, stage lighting, audio equipment, and a stage for presentations of any kind.

Due to recent flooding in the valley we are needing to replace the drive over bridge to help minimize debris buildup that causes spill over flooding and damage.

Camp is growing. We've recently added more camper and volunteer space, and in order to serve more campers we are needing more staff, and thus more office space. The addition of office space to the main office will allow us to better serve our campers, guest groups, and school groups throughout the year.

The Camp Excellence Fund is used by Living Waters Bible Camp to ensure that camp is well maintained for the enjoyment of campers now and years to come. If you'd like to give 'in memory of' please let us know in the comment box below.

If you volunteer during the non-summer camp season and feel led to donate to help cover the costs of your stay, you can make a donation here.

If you are volunteering for a week of summer camp and feel led to donate to help cover the costs of your stay, you can make a donation here. A suggested amount of $125 per person, per week of service will cover a weekly volunteer's time of ministry.

There are financial needs of each trip taken and some participants have elected to be responsible to raise gifts for Living Waters and the Mexico Mission Trip. Below you can express your preference to go towards a participants trip expenses.
