Camp Sojourner Refund Policy
A ?$25 ?application ?fee ?is ?required ?in ?order ?for ?us ?to ?process camper ?application. ?This ?fee ?will ?be ?applied ?towards ?camp ?tuition ?once ?your ?child ?is ?accepted ?into ?our ?camp ?program. If ?for ?some ?reason ?Camp ?Sojourner ?does ?not ?turn ?out ?to ?be ?a ?good ?fit ?for ?your ?child, ?or ?we ?do ?not ?have ?space in ?the ?appropriate ?age ?group, ?your ?application ?fee ?will ?be? returned.
Refunds for Camp Sojourner tuition are given for cancellations made one month before the child’s departure date. If it becomes necessary for your child to return home early, Camp Sojourner will not refund monies collected for the remainder of the session.
