Every day is a new adventure at Junior High Adventure Camp!
Canoeing down the river, horseback riding through the woods, sailing across the open waters of Green Lake — the schedule provides a wide variety of experiences and opportunities. Activities planned on- and off-site encourage participants to use and appreciate the gifts (and recognize limitations!) they have been given. The camp doesn’t
focus on any one physical skill — it allows campers to try a variety
of activities throughout the week.

Counselors and staff are encouraging and supportive. Perhaps most
significantly, our counseling staff is chosen, in part, because they understand and can relate one-on-one to young people, so campers can expect to enjoy the entire camp experience! It is not uncommon to hear a Jr Hi camper comment how “cool” their counselor is — and parents to comment about how impressed they were with the integrity of the staff!

Along with the planned activities, unscheduled time is left for interaction with other campers and staff sharing common experiences, concerns and joys of life!

ScholarshipsSCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE. Talk with your pastor, Christian education director, camp coordinator, youth leader, or men’s and women’s groups to find out if they offer any scholarship help for members of your church. Often churches and church groups are happy to assist any and all campers attending camp from their church. In addition to any support from your home church UCCI has established a scholarship fund through the generosity of past campers. Scholarship application forms are available on our web site at www.ucci.org or by contacting the Managing Director at the site you are planning to attend. All scholarship inquiries are confidential.
