Description
Counselors in Training is open to participants entering 9th grade.

The CIT program is a wonderful experience that engages incoming 9th graders by preparing them to take on a new leadership role as a camp counselor. CITs learn how to administer games and activities and ensure the well-being and safety of all participants, while being fully supported by a staff team dedicated to their success. As we play our games, we'll be fully immersed and learning to apply the skills that each game teaches into every interaction we have with each other and every camper we work with at Walden West.

CITs also participate in the Thursday BBQ dinner, campfire, and overnight with the Summer Day Camp program. Registration includes the Thursday dinner and Friday breakfast and lunch.
