Intro to Kindergarten at Crossroads Academy Summer Program

As summer winds down, we are pleased to offer a program that will prepare your 4 or 5 year old for the back to school routine. Whether this is their first time in a school setting or they’re eagerly awaiting their first day of school, this program is for your child! Come join us for a week of fun and learning as we prepare your child for kindergarten! This program will run from 9am-12:30pm.

Agenda:
9am arrival/free play
9:30-10: Morning Meeting (Virtue discussion, read aloud, and activity)
10:00-10:30 Snack and Recess
10:30-11:00 Math Activities
11:00-11:30 Words, Handwriting, Tracing, etc.
11:30-12:00 Lunch/Rest/Recess
12:30 Clean up, afternoon circle time, dismissal

Families should pack a backpack with the following items:
-lunchbox containing lunch and snack
- stuffy for rest time
- change of clothes
-sneakers
