In this training you will learn about budgeting, fundraising, risk management, planning your calendar and completing the necessary forms that must be submitted to the Conference. PBST is intended to provide a basic understanding of Pathfinder Ministry and its component parts. ideally it should be earned before a new staff member actually takes up duties with a club. | |
Pathfinder Counselor JumpStart Certification
PCJC is intended to provide a foundation for staff members who will hold the most important role in Pathfinder Ministry that of a counselor. | |
Pathfinder Director Certification
