"If you're like me, you carry a great deal of responsibility with family, community, career and church life. And if you're like me you take your responsibilities seriously and wouldn't want it any other way. That's why, at times, I have to "get away" to refresh and recharge my batteries. I need to "get away" not to run from what God has called me to be but to become more effective in fulfilling it! First and foremost, I am called to be a man of God and however that looks it includes living out the Gospel. This weekend is a great opportunity for you to "get away". Our annual men's event we call "Renovate" is designed to recharge your batteries and to challenge you spiritually. " -Scott Bruns, Executive Director
