Would you like to learn how to apply the recent research in neuroscience to your everyday life in ways that are available to everyone? Join Craig Savage, AP Psychology teacher, in an investigation of the human brain and how a better understanding of our brains can lead to a better you. Whether it's breaking bad habits or getting more sleep, recent studies in neuroscience show that how our brain works contributes to how we live. By attending these seminars, participants will have a greater ability to navigate their daily lives and reach their full potential!

Interested students can attend seminars individually, choose multi-session packages, or sign up for the entire course!

In today’s world, it seems impossible to escape feelings of stress and anxiety, but are you aware of the impact that these feelings have on your body and your brain? In this seminar, we will learn about the different types of stress that affect us, as well as strategies we can implement to minimize the damage from stress in the moment and actions we can take to prevent stress in the future.
