The promotion of TENACITY has become commonplace both in and outside of the classroom, applauding an individual’s ability to keep going, be resilient, and find success. This admirable trait, however, can be developed and improved. There is a neural foundation to the idea of willpower that stems from our connections to sleep, stress, and more.
