As High School marks a significant transition, understanding how your executive functions operate plays an essential role in navigating the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. In this week-long course, students will dive into the skills that are foundational to academic and personal success. Topics include time management and organization, goal setting and planning, task initiation and prioritization, and stress management. Students will glean a better understanding of their own executive strengths and weaknesses and how to leverage them to their advantage. They will leave equipped with effective tools and strategies that will benefit them through freshman year and beyond.
