This program is crafted to elevate your executive functioning skills as you prepare to transition into the next academic year. Executive functioning is the key to unlocking your full potential by honing essential cognitive processes such as planning and prioritizing, organization, time management, and stress tolerance. This course provides a unique opportunity to reflect on past academic performance and see how you can improve by utilizing your executive functions. We will discuss strategies for overcoming procrastination and develop techniques to initiate tasks promptly, explore research-based study methods, and develop personalized routines to maximize productivity.
