Executive Function Skills 101
Description
If you're the parent of a "smart but scattered" teen, trying to help him or her develop into a self-sufficient, responsible individual, this chapter of parenting may feel like a never-ending battle. Help is here! This Boot Camp is designed for parental support and to help teens' independence by building their executive skills--the fundamental brain-based abilities needed to get organized, stay focused, and control impulses and emotions. Teens will learn their uniques super-powers for while learning step-by-step strategies to help them live up to his or her potential now and in the future.
