Gr 5-8 Kids Cooking Camp
Description
Each camp will be 4 half days of hands on instruction in the teaching kitchen creating recipes from scratch. Students will cook a variety of dishes and learn basic skills to repeat at home.

* WHAT TO WEAR
Campers must wear closed toed shoes and long hair must be tied back. Bring a water bottle.

*Menu 2:
Day 1: Mediterranean – Chicken Gyros, Pita, Pickled red onions; Baklava
Day 2: Italian – Homemade chicken fettuccine alfredo; Tiramisu
Day 3: Thai – Pad Thai, Mango sticky rice
Day 4: Mexican – Enchiladas, salsa, Tres leches cake



NOTE
We are able to accommodate some, but not all food allergies. IT IS THE PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE CAMP LEADER IN WRITING OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES THAT YOUR STUDENT MAY HAVE.
