Lancer Cross Country Camp
Description
These camps are 1/2 day experiences. Campers are instructed by Gilmour coaches.

Included in the registration fee:

Camp Gilmour t-shirt

Campers can make this a full day experience by choosing
to add a 1/2 day, day camp
or add another specialty camp
Lunch is included if campers choose to spend a full day.

Under the direction of Gilmour's head varsity coach Matt Lindley ’89, this camp is open to all runners. Campers will learn the basics of strength training, nutrition and other tools for becoming a successful runner. Coach Lindley was the 2016, 2019 and 2021 News-Herald Coach of the Year and has led his teams to Top 10 state rankings 12 of the last 13 years. Running the camp on the CYO championship course, Coach Lindley and his GA runners are excited to share their experience and knowledge to help you become a better runner and leader!

Equipment needed: t-shirt, shorts, indoor and outdoor shoes
