Top Chef – European Pastry Shop
Description

The tradition of meeting with a friend in a coffee shop and drinking coffee with a piece of pretty pastry started in the 17th century. Each European country developed its specialties that today we enjoy them anytime anywhere.

A few of the delights will include

- Eclairs with Hot Chocolate

- Crème brûlée! Who doesn’t love this dessert? It’s so good and really fun to make.

- Butchteln sweet pull apart bread, with a homemade jam for the middle filling!

We will learn how to bake many of these delicious pastries and enjoy them in our Celsius coffee shop!
