Field Hockey Grades 8-12
Description
Players will be thoroughly immersed in the game of field hockey. Basic, intermediate and advanced skills will be stressed throughout the camp.

USA Field Hockey curriculum will be used as a model (FUN Field Hockey as an introductory course and Futures Field Hockey as an intermediate course). Players will be placed in developmentally appropriate groups. The training will be modeled to include a full spectrum of training of mind, body and spirit.

What to bring: Field Hockey outdoor stick, shin/mouth guards, lunch and water bottle.
