We hope you are hungry! We will be traveling across the globe to explore different cultural dishes and exploring how food can build community and identity. With each dish, we will learn about the cultural significance, origin, and traditional techniques. Campers will be expanding their palettes as we dive into basic cooking skills to construct tasty dishes together as a class.
