Group Leader Application 2024
Description
Group Leaders are at least 19 years old. The Group Leader position works in the Day Camp program from 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Duties may include:
Primary leader of a camper class during a session.
Assist Specialists with execution of specialty activities.
Manage the day to day schedule of their class.
Supervise lunch or recess, and breaks with their class.
Manage AM and PM carpool.
Set tone for class norms, rules, and expectations.
Create and foster a sense of community and cohort cohesiveness.
Make each camper feel welcome, comfortable, and known.
