Q:Do you have to attend Village School to enroll in Summer at Village?
A:Students entering K-6 grade are welcome at camp regardless of the school they attending during the school year.

Students enrolling in TK Camp or Kinder Camp must be attending Village School in the fall.
Q:What are the camp hours?
A:Camp runs from June 19-September 1, 2017.
The morning session runs from 9:00am-11:45am.
The afternoon session runs from 12:15-3:00pm.

Campers enrolled in the morning session only stay through lunch and are dismissed in the carpool line at 12:20pm.
Q:What time do the campers eat lunch
A:All students each lunch between 11:45am-12:15pm.
Students can bring a lunch from home or sign up for lunch service through Lunches With Love www.luncheswithlove.com.
The school code is VS.
Orders should be placed 1 week before the start of their first camp.
Q:Will camp be open on July 3?
A:Camp will be closed on July 4, 2017 in observance of Independence Day.

Q:Can a camper enroll in a half day only?
A:Yes, campers can enroll in a half day only (mornings or afternoons).
Pickup for morning only campers in 12:30pm in the carpool area on Swarthmore.

Campers attending only the afternoon session should be dropped off at the front office between 12:00-12:15pm
Q:Who do I contact to report absences or tardies?
A:Please contact the summer camp office at 310-463-4840.
This number will only be available during camp hours only (June 19-July 28).

Q:What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A:Summer at Village reserves the right to change or cancel any class. Efforts will be made to assign students affected by such change to other available programs. A complete refund will be given in cases where program replacement is not possible.
Enrollment includes a $50 nonrefundable registration fee. A refund is given, less registration fee, when withdrawing on or prior to May 12, 2017. There will be NO REFUNDS if a student withdraws from summer camp after May 12, 2017.
Credit on accounts after May 12 can be used toward available camp classes during the same year.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
